Donna Keeley's Professional Page

I've been very fortunate to have worked as an Instructional Designer since I graduated from college. Yes, it was a long time ago but I've also gain a lot of valuable experience during that time. The best skill I've developed with my experience is to be able to see problems when they are small and managable, thus allowing me to take care of them early so that they do not disrupt the project or the people working on the project.

My biggest accomplishment in the last 5 years has been my growth as a leader. While managers "manage", leaders inspire the people around them to do their best. Leaders don't blame others when things go bad, they look for solutions to the problem and get it fixed. Leaders give the people working with them the tools and time they need to get the job done right.

I've included a few samples of my work in the left sidebar. This is only a very small sample as some of my best projects were done for the Government under a Secret clearance and are not available for public viewing. My clearance has lapsed since the last time it was used, but there are no obsticles to my obtaining an updated one if it is required for the job.
